Yes. Follow the steps below to selectively release a quiz to a student:

1. Click on the link to the quiz.
2. Go to the Actions Menu (cog wheel) and select User overrides.
3. Click Add user override.
4. Select the user.
5. Update the quiz open and close dates.
6. Assign the number of Attempts allowed from the available options.
7. Click Save.
8. The student will now be able to go and redo the quiz in the times you have allocated.
