1. Click on the link to the quiz.
2. Go to the Actions menu (cog wheel) and select Edit quiz.
3. Click Add  which will display a dropdown menu including the options a new question, from question bank, a random question
   
4. Choose a new question
5. Select the type of question (more on the types here)
6. Complete the question form.
7. Click Save changes.
8. Repeat steps 3 to 7 to add more questions.
