There are 2 main reasons why this may occur:

• If you have set up External/Internal groups via cohort settings, students who enrol late are not added automatically to those groups in iLearn. The same applies for manually created groups.
• If you have chosen to use Group Selection, the student may have not yet selected a group. You can choose to add them manually.
