Yes. You can create a custom scale in an activity using an ordered list of values such as Poor, Average, Good, Very good, Excellent or PS, CR, DN, HD.

1. Go to the Tools block
2. Select Grades
3. Click on the Scales tab.
4. Click Add a new scale.
5. Enter a Name for the scale.
6. Enter your Scale values ranging from negative to positive, separated by commas, for example PS, CR, DN, HD or 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2
7. Enter a Description for the scale.
8. Click Save changes.

This scale will now be available to apply to you assignment/activities
