Go to the Tools block and select My profile settings then select Edit profile. There are three key settings that can you can change through My Profile:

1. Email diplay - Decide who can see your email address.
2. Email digest type - This setting determines how many emails you will receive from forums in the online unit. The available options are:
• No digest - Individual email for every forum post.
• Complete - Daily email with full forum posts.
• Subjects - Daily email with forum subjects only. Select this option for one summary email per day, rather than an individual email every time something happens on a forum.
3. Forum tracking - Select Yes: Highlight new posts for me so that the posts you have not read yet in the forum are highlighted. This improves forum navigation.
4. User picture - The default picture is a smiley face. Why not upload an image that represents you.
