I cannot see students in my iLearn Unit. Why is this?

If you cannot see any enrolled users in your Unit:

  1. Check you are in the correct study period from 'My home' in iLearn. Your Unit will have a separate instance for each Study period.
  2. Ensure you have activated and configured the Unit via iTeach   If you are only seeing student ID's this means the student has not accessed your unit.
