You can raise a OneHelp ticket to add a student as a Tutor in iLearn. Please ensure you have Head of Department (HOD) or Convenor approval before sending through the OneHelp ticket. Once approved, attach the approval email to the OneHelp ticket to be actioned. This process is temporary, since iTeach will not allow Convenors to add students into units as staff members, for example a tutor role.
