Yes. You can download all submitted assignments to a single .zip file if the assignment type required students to upload files for submission i.e. single upload, advanced upload. To download a collection of assignments:

 

Assignments

1. Click on the relevant Assignment link.
2. Click on the View submitted assignments link.
3. Select Download all submissions from the dropdown menu to download all submissions to a single zip file.
