Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page .  You will then select Profile then select Edit profile. There are three key settings that can you can change through My Profile:

1. City/town, country, time zone, Email display etc
2. Description - This box allows you to enter some text about yourself
3. User picture - The default picture is a smiley face. Why not upload an image that represents you.
