Yes, you can move the blocks up or down.

1. Click Turn editing on.
2. Click on the Move icon in the block’s editing tools.
3. A broken line will appear around the block.
4. Empty spaces with broken lines will appear. These are the spaces you can move your block into by selecting an empty space and clicking on it. The page will reload with the block in the space you have selected.
