After I’ve logged in, things don't seem to work and/or you get error messages?

If you experience problems with material not working after you have logged in or it seems to work but you get error messages, then there are two possible reasons:

  1. you might not be using a suitable browser. In which case make sure you download the latest version. See the FAQ on System Requirements;
  2. there might be a problem with the online material. Tell your convenor.
