How do I reuse an Echo360 Active Learning Platform interactive presentation for more than one lecture?

There are 2 methods for reusing interactive presentations;

1. Once you have created an interactive presentation you can republish it to any unit you convene or lecture for, or republish it multiple times within a single unit if you wish to deliver the same interactive presentation as a repeat lecture.

To do this create the initial interactive presentation as usual (see interactive presentation guide on this page https://staff.mq.edu.au/teach/learning-technologies-and-spaces/teaching-technologies-and-tools/ilearn/lecture-recordings) Then access your Active Learning Platform library page, find the previously created presentation in the list and choose ‘share’ from the presentations menu. From there you can republish the presentation into a unit.

2. Create and deliver an interactive presentation. After the first lecture has concluded and the interactive activities have been completed by the first group of students, go through each interactive slide in the presentation and re-open each quiz/poll by ensuring the 'stop', 'show results' and 'show answer' buttons are disabled. This effectively resets the interactive slides for the second group of students and now the presentation is ready to deliver a second time. Avoid using the 'Reset Activity' button however, as this discards the existing answers and responses from the first group of students.
